We commence our tours from Port Geographe Marina, Busselton from today at 9.30am.
On the way around from Augusta yesterday we saw lots of humpbacks including a couple of mother and calf pairs. Dean stopped a couple of miles off the Jetty to have a look at one particularly active humpback and three of his friends popped up to say hello. There is a completely different attitude in Geographe Bay – all of their business has been done up North and this is their party stop on the trip back down to Antarctica. I can’t wait to get back out there to see some of the new calves.
We are also looking forward to showing our guests the lovely Busselton Jetty from a different perspective as we do a run down on the way home (time permitting).
The boys were also excited to to drop a line in the water for the first time in 3 months and came home with a couple of big Dhuies. YUM
